At the head of this suspected fraud and crime against the health of the population is the smuggler and trafficker Ago Gjolaj, who is indicted for money laundering and fraud schemes.
According to several internal reports, Ago Gjolaj has transformed the offices of the BM SHPK company in Koplik into a workshop where the 8S2 product is counterfeited, with the aim of profiting, while avoiding the cost of the imported energy drink.
Under the guise of representing the Royal Swinkels Family Brewers BV (BAVARIA) company in the Netherlands, water bottles are entered and unloaded at the offices of BM SHPK, which are filled in the surrounding areas.
