How did Eduart Shalsi become a millionaire?

How did Shalsi make his fortune?
Eduard Shalsi and his second wife, Eranda Shalsi, had a normal income until 2021, not justifying the declared wealth. In fact, a BIRN analysis in 2021 found that Shalsi had declared an asset worth around 400 thousand euros. The wealth is not justified even if Shalsi had gone without eating or drinking for 3 decades.
After 2021, income multiplies suspiciously. Eranda Shalsi is registered as a natural person, with architectural activity, energy auditing in buildings. If in 2020 she declared 3 thousand euros in profits and in 2021 she does not declare profits, after 2022 she starts declaring over 100 thousand euros in annual profit from this business.
In 2023, Ms. Shalsi's income is 170 thousand euros, 150 thousand euros in profit and about 20 thousand euros in salary. During this year, she also purchased an apartment and garage worth 300 thousand euros.
In 2024, she declares about 140 thousand euros in profit. In a three-year period, the income of Eduart Shalsi's wife is about 450 thousand euros. In 2025, she declares about 27 thousand euros in profit, while buying an apartment and garages worth about 200 thousand euros.
It remains to be seen whether the payments to Eranda Shalsi are or are not the product of Eduard Shalsi's misuse of the deputy's mandate.
