It is not the first time that Prime Minister Edi Rama has taken the government cabinet and the SP parliamentary group to meet at the "Rozafa" resort in Labinot-Fushë of Elbasan, owned by the chief trafficker Gjergj Luca, and even there he organized the meeting of joint Albania-Kosovo governments has led some high EU officials.
But this government meeting of the parliamentary group of the SP at the resort "Rozafa" of the chief trafficker Gjergj Luca, constitutes a serious scandal of Prime Minister Edi Rama, since it was aimed at implementing the recommendations of DASH and the Council of Europe, to attack the activity and assets of traffickers, while the "Xhafaj" commission reported on the milestones of the fight against corruption and crime.
It is not a coincidence, nor a lack of information, that Edi Rama took the ministers and the SP parliamentary group to hold meetings at the resort of a drug trafficker like Gjergj Luca, but it is a connection and cooperation between them, during the 11 years of power in the bazaar and dirty work.
Because SHISH, Anti-mafia, Anti-crime, Anti-trafficking and the police who accompanied the governors to the "Rozafa" resort in Elbasan, have files with a lot of information, that this is the resort of the chief trafficker Gjergj Luca, where in addition to fish, the agencies have reported, that in the mysterious tunnels inside the resort, drugs are collected, processed and packaged, and Albanians and foreigners are hidden in search.
But as the Italian media described it 5 months ago and the German media "DerSpiegel" the day of the meeting at the resort of the chief trafficker Gjergj Luca on September 13, 2024; Prime Minister Edi Rama no longer commands the mafia groups, but has been captured and commanded by them, to whom he gives licenses and construction permits and donates billions of Euros of state property.
One of them, with whom the "de facto" co-government Edi Rama, is the chief trafficker Gjergj Luca, to whom he gave tens of state assets, millions of Euro funds and ordered the SHISH police not to track him, to do not report or check on his resorts and ships.
One of the state assets he donated is the 105,000 m2 area of land and buildings of the State Reserves in Labinot-Elbasan, where Edi Rama ordered the government and the SP parliamentary group to hold a meeting on the fight against drug trafficking, corruption and organized crime, directed by Fatmir Xhafaj, the brother of the chief trafficker Agron Xhafaj.
The trafficker Gjergj Luca has so much power as the "black hand" of Prime Minister Edi Rama, that he was allowed to participate in the meeting of the government-parliamentary group and the anti-SPAK commission "Xhafaj"; he even lined up and posed with the ministers and former ministers, who gave him 4 concessions and 2 billion Euros of wealth and who turned off the radars during drug transport.
