A year ago, when the company "GTS-Gazra Teknik Shqiparian" belonged to the mafia group "Ndreaghet'a", SPAK started the investigation mainly for tenders of millions of Euros in healthcare with clientelism, false documents, contracts 2-3 times higher than the real cost and without competition, the former minister of health, Ogerta Manastirliu, ordered the managers of the hospital centers not to accept it in tenders.
While the administrator Besnik Halili, appointed by "Ndreaghet'a" as the manager and legal representative of the company "GTS-Gazra Teknik Shqiparian", lost his tracks in order not to face the justice system and no longer participated in health tenders, where since 2016 had a monopoly on the supply of gas and liquid medical oxygen.
On May 20, 2024, the officers of the National Bureau of Investigation, carried out an inspection at the offices of the company "GTS-Gazra Teknike Shqiptare" in Vaqarr, where they seized documents, computers and telephones of 12 people, including the manager Besnik Halili, his wife Luneda Sufali and her brother Ergys Sufali, who found them there.
But on August 26, 2024, the company "GTS-Gazra Teknik Shqiptar" of the "Ndreaghet'a" group, returned to the health tenders, again through its administrator Besnik Halili, who in the interceptions of the Italian anti-mafia, was known as " Ndreaghet'a trusted Nik".
According to the announcement in the Public Procurement Agency, it turns out that the company "GTS-Gazra Teknik Shqiparian" has restarted the negotiations with the minister Albana Koçiu, receiving the 640 thousand Euro tender for the supply of oxygen to the Durrës Regional Hospital with a term of 1 year. .
The tender was divided into 2 lots, and in both lots only "GTS-Gazra Teknik Shqiparian" of Nik of the mafia group "Ndreaghet'a" participated, while the directorate of the Regional Hospital of Durrës declared it the winner without competition and with total contract values as much as 99.5% of the limit fund.
Meanwhile, 4 months ago, SPAK seized the documents, computers and phones of administrator Nik, his wife and other employees from this company, a business of the Italian mafia group; The Minister of Health, Albana Koçiu, through the hospital directors, has re-introduced medical oxygen into tenders.
During the power of the SP, the company "GTS-Gazra Teknik Shqiparian" of the mafia group "Ndreaghet'a" led by Besnik Halil, received 198 tenders from QSUT, with a total value of 26 million Euros, all without competition and with contract values over 99%.
We remind you that from October 2013 to March 2022, Luneda Sufali, the wife of Nik from the "Ndreaghet'a" mafia group, was the Director of Games of Chance, Counselor and Director of Social Services at the Ministry of Health, from which , her husband took the tenders.
