In total, 358 hectares of land on the coast and preferential tourist areas were donated and sold for these permits, at 10% of the state price and market value, while they were given for 30 years of use and 1.8 million m2 of beaches and 350 hectares natural parks.
But greed does not stop, especially those who have received 3-4 permits and land as "Strategic Investor", such as Florenc Gjikuria, Gentian Sula, Aleksandër Frangaj, Lul Morina, Roland Ziu, Gjergj Luca, Dod Doçi and clients and friends of young people of Bablok, who have made other demands for the robbery of state and private lands by government decisions.
According to our information, 114 other requests have been made to the Committee of Strategic Investments - KIS by oligarchs, businessmen and people who say they are connected to foreign investors, for obtaining permits, titles and land as "Strategic Investors".
But so far, 40 requests for "Strategic Investor" permits have been selected and are in the approval process, with projects for resorts, hotel complexes, villas and buildings, in the areas and areas targeted by them.
The government will fulfill their wishes according to their requests, by deciding to donate and sell 580 hectares of land on the coast and preferential areas of the municipalities of Sarandë, Himarë, Vlorë, Fier, Lushnjë, Rrogozhinë, Kavajë, Durrës, and sell them at 10% of the price. Tirana, Elbasan, Korçë, Lezhë and Shkodër.
