Referring to the wealth of the Rector of the University of Medicine, Arben Gjata, which exceeds 2 million Euros declared in the ILDKP, but it is not known how much is undeclared; SPAK and the Special Court should have arrested him for two reports of the KLSH and for the sterilization affair, where it turns out that he has drawn up their fictitious high costs.
Because being released, the rector Arben Gjata, is not stopping at what he is doing with the funds of the Medical University, appointing his friends, comrades and partners, the head of the university's funds.
By Order No. 175, dated November 17, 2023, Rector Arben Gjata has appointed the businessman Artian Plasari, with whom he has been a partner in the private clinic "Albanian Medical" for 15 years, to the position of head of tenders and head of coordination and administration of all the activities of the Medical University with an indefinite term Group".
According to the order of Rector Arben Gjata, his partner Artian Plasari, has been appointed Rector's Coordinator and Head of Sector in the Economic Directorate, with a gross salary of 1 million lek, but his appointment is not related to the salary, but to "the tenders and funds of the medical university.
This truth is revealed by point no. 5 of the rector's order, where it is stated that the decision on the appointment will be made by the Economic Directorate and the administrator of the Medical University; which means that the rector's partner will not be simply a coordinator, but a "calculator" of the tenders.
This is confirmed by Letter No. 303, dated November 18, 2023 of the Administrator of the Medical University, Marigo Jaupi, with which she informs the Economic Directorate, that by order of the rector Arben Gjata, "specialist" Artian Plasari has been appointed to the tenders sector, as a representative of the rector and head of the sector of coordinating work at the Medical University.
Even at the end of the order, the administrator Marigo Jauoi considers herself the Contracting Authority as if the appointment is a tender, but she has told the truth, that the appointment of Artian Plasari is the "tender" purchase of rector Arben Gjata.
According to the PPA register, during nearly 4 months in the tender sector at the University of Medicine, Artian Plasari with the blessing of the rector Arben Gjata, has fabricated 22 tenders for the purchase of medical equipment, material and fictitious services.
