The first check, directed by Prime Minister Edi Rama and approved on February 15, 2024, by Chairman Blendi Gonxhe and 4 members Mimoza Dhëmbi, Brikena Qela, Inida Methoxha and Ahmet Mançellari, is 3 million Euros for 50 to 100 start-up businesses, while the beneficiaries will be determined by the Minister of Entrepreneurship, Delina Ibrahimaj in negotiations with the mayors of the municipalities and SP in the areas.
Even the nearly 40 million Euro fund for the fashion industry, despite the fact that it is a sovereign bank loan, guaranteed by the government through the Ministry of Finance as an additional budget, Babloku treated it as "state aid", with the trick of passing it through the channel of the commission. With this new task and competence, Babloku "has hung around the neck of the wolf" Blendi Gonxhe 120 million Euros in financial assistance funds for 2024; and for as many years as the two are together: one is the prime minister who orders the funds, while the other is the minister and chairman of the commission that signs the distribution with the client list.
According to the state aid scheme, millions will be given for the promotion and development of tourist areas; for small and medium enterprises, for NGO projects related to the environment, scientific, social, cultural, educational and sports training.
