A week after the SP deputies voted in the parliament the law that will concrete the protected areas, Edi Rama, the oligarchs and construction traffickers around him and foreign clients with offshore companies, have started the operation to tear and rob the parts they want.
The information provided by "Pamphlet" says that Prime Minister Edi Rama has ordered 4 ministers: Ervin Mete of Finance; Bledi Gonxja of Economy-Culture-Innovation; Anila Denaj of Agriculture and Mirela Kumbaro of Environment-Tourism, prepare a joint project-decision, to turn pre-designated areas in protected areas into building plots.
Until now, the Prime Minister's order is to turn 2,000 hectares of forests, land, coast, river and lake shores and lawns into protected areas, which are national parks, natural parks, natural monuments, areas of international interest and care, protected landscapes and biosphere reserves.
The four ministers have been given a list of the areas and surfaces within them, whose status will be changed from forest, land, sea shores, rivers and lakes, to land for construction developments.
Here are the first protected areas and surfaces, which will turn into construction areas:
- At Syri i Kaltër-Delvinë, with an area of 180 hectares, 100 hectares will be returned to construction.
- In the park of Llogara, with an area of 1010 hectares, 120 hectares will be returned to construction.
- In the park of Theth with an area of 2630 hectares, 120 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In the Qafë Shtamë park, with an area of 2000 hectares, 80 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In the Prespa park, with an area of 27 thousand hectares, 100 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In the Divjakë-Karavasta park, with sip. 22 thousand hectares, 220 hectares will be returned to the construction area.
- In the Dajti park, with an area of 29 thousand 216 hectares, 70 hectares of construction area will be returned.
- In the park of Lura, with an area of 1280 hectares, 38 hectares will be returned to land and construction area.
- In Karaburun-Sazan, with 12 thousand 428 hectares, 330 hectares will be returned to the construction area.
- In the Pishë-Poro park, with an area of 1500 hectares, 200 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In the Rrushkull park, with an area of 650 hectares, 90 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In Shkodra Lake park, with sip. 26.5 hectares, 19 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In the park Kune-Vain-Tale, with sip. 4393 hectares, 80 hectares will be returned to the construction area.
- In Patok-Fushekuqe-Ishem, with sip. 5000 hectares, 80 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In the Ulëz Lake park, with an area of 4,200 hectares, 50 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- Pogradec Lake Park, with sip. 27 thousand 323 hectares, 90 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- In Karavasta-Pisha Divjakë, with sip. 20 thousand hectares, 123 hectares will be turned into a construction area.
- Çukë-Butrint-Cape Stillo Park, with 13.5 thousand hectares, will be turned into a 90 ha construction area.
