The advisor to Prime Minister Edi Rama, Baton Haxhiu, at one time the owner of the "Albanian Post" portal, is the bulwark that continues to defend the landfill affair, especially the Tirana landfill, even with threats on the screens, to those who denounce the stolen billions.
At first, we thought that Baton Haxhiu was defending landfills, calling them "Edi Rama's major investment"; because 40% of Tirana's landfill is owned by his friend Blerim Hoxha.
But Bablok's Baton, Hashim Thaçi, PPP Hemodialysis and Serbian milk flour, which is brought into Albania by the "Devolli" mafia group; has personal trouble with justice.
By protecting the landfills, he is protecting himself to save him from the shackles, because through fictitious contracts with the Tirana landfill, he extorted millions of funds that the government gave to Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir.
Through Tirana's landfill "Integrated Energy BV SPV Sh.pk", Baton Haxhiu has received 442,800 lek per month, disguised as an advertising contract on his website "Albanian Post", an advertisement which was not made, but the millions were paid to him.
This payment of nearly 4400 thousand Euro per month for Baton Haxhiu, continued from February 1 to July 31, 2021; when Batoni, informed by Edi Rama about the arrests that were being prepared, stopped trading with Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir and canceled the contract with them.
But the contract was on the computers of Klodian Zoto and administrator Arjola Kodra, found by BKH agents; who included it in the investigative report they submitted to SPAK and it was made public.
Based on the Criminal Procedure Code, Baton Haxhiu is involved in the landfill affair, as an advertiser of the landfill theft scheme, and as a thief of millions of lek from the state budget, through a fictitious service contract, cooperating with the concessionaires.
However, SPAK, after 3 years of investigations and many arrests for landfills, is not only not seeking the arrest of Baton Haxhiu, but has not even taken him under investigation, for the criminal offense of theft in collaboration, through financial benefit with a fictitious service contract.
The benefit of Baton Haxhi is the same as the benefit of the payments of the father of Alqi Bllakos, of the contracts of Lefter Koka's family, etc., who have been sentenced to prison, for payments from landfills, through service contracts, but the Baton is not affected.
SPAK is not even arresting Baton Haxhiu, not even after the scandal that, on behalf of SPAK and mafia groups, publicly threatened former deputy Belind Këlliçi, asking him not to continue the denunciations and criminal charges against him and the landfills./ Pamphlet
