For 10 years, the businessman Blerim Devolli from Kosovo, connected in dirty interests with Prime Minister Edi Rama, has entered Albania with the company "Devolli", through which he brings food products and raw materials, milk, juice and powder, dairies. , beer, drinks and fruit juices.
This Serbian-Kosovo company, where the marketing director is Baton Haxhiu, after the connection with Edi Rama, has received 80% of the wheat and flour market with orgies from Serbia and Russia, as well as African meat, milk (liquid and powder), beer without excise duty and fruit juices, even in the fruit-vegetable market.
Under the guise of allegedly employing and strengthening the market in Albania, the "Devolli" company does not pay customs duties and taxes; does not present tax balances in Albania; does not pay local and central taxes and has been removed from physical and laboratory control for quality, safety and food expiration dates, while the condition of 12% protein has been removed for wheat and flour.
In order to have Albania's import and market under its control with a closed cycle and without state supervision, the firm "Devolli" of Blerim Devolli and Baton Haxhi, will receive a monopoly from the Albanian government, for food control.
Although in Albania there is the Food Control Authority with the central director and 12 directorates in the districts and the Institute of Food-Veterinary Safety (ISUV) with 790 specialists; Babloku has decided that food control of basic products will be transferred by concession to the Serbian-Kosovar company "Devolli" of Blerim Devolli and Baton Haxhi.
According to the information provided by "Pamphlet", the company "Devolli" will be granted the monopoly right for a term of 20 years, to carry out the safety control of wheat and corn on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Institute of Public Health. bread, flour, dough raw materials, meat, milk, dairies, drinks, beers and juices that will be imported into Albania.
So, the "Devolli" company, which is subject to state control in imports and the Albanian market, will receive the state monopoly for the concession of control of the origin, quality, composition and safety of food products that it imports into Albania itself, but also of other companies.
Everything was concocted by Blerim Devolli and Babloku, but this concession was presented as an idea and proposal of the Minister of Agriculture, Anila Denaj, allegedly to facilitate the work of the AKU and to strengthen food control through the private service according to EU parameters.
It does not take much mind, to understand that Blerim Devolli has requested this food control concession, in order not to control the products that he brings into Albania, he and his partners and mafia clans that are connected to him in food crime, who want to sell without hindrance .
