From beatings of citizens and disappearances of weapons, to family nepotism and connections to crime; why appointing Zerec as head of the Guard would be a state scandal and a risk to public safety...
Since June 2025, it was said that the Republican Guard was rid of the former director of the Dallkauk, with many criminal and vice stains, Ermal Onuzi.
But in his place, Simon Zereci was appointed, a worse copy, whose file contains criminal facts, abuse of office, illegal acts with subordinates and in public life, connections with crime figures, and behavior that contradicts the law and the image of a Guard officer.
Having been in command of the Guard for 7 months, 63-year-old Simon Zereci, after seeing the benefits of illegal favors and benefits and bragging like a cub, has started to lick and bargain, to be appointed Director of the Guard with a 5-year mandate.
According to Law No. 33, dated March 14, 2021, candidates for director of the Guard of the Republic must have their image and activity scanned from the first day of work, whether they have started in the Guard, or in other security force duties where they may have served outside of them.
According to his personal file, Simon Zereci, the commissioned director and candidate for Guard Director with a full mandate, has a criminal record for barbaric violence without any motive, and robbing citizens to satisfy his ego and gangsterism.
One of the cases is that of April 22, 2022, when Simon Zereci, at that time Group Commander in the Special Guard Unit, barbarically beat citizen Iris Peti in front of the child at the entrance to the "Ibrahim Brahja" school in Sauk and robbed her of her personal bag, her cell phone, and attempted to take her hostage with the Guard van.
Due to the violence, the citizen ended up in the Trauma Hospital, filed a complaint at Police Station No. 1, at the Guard's SHÇBA, but Simon Zereci was not prosecuted, was left on duty and continued to rape other citizens, even threatening businessmen and journalists "by order".
In Simon Zerec's file at the Guard, 8 cases of physical violence have been filed, while in the SHCBA there is a file about him, and other abuses during and outside of duty, but he has not been punished for any of the cases and has not been reported to the prosecutor's office.
Candidate Simon Zereci, who is coveting and bargaining to be appointed Guard Director with a 5-year mandate, has been prosecuted and investigated for stealing cartridges, equipment, and Guard symbols.
Although it was proven that he had given it to the perpetrators of the crime, the case against him was dismissed, but this case of violating the security of the Garda and collaborating with crime is in his file.
When in May 2023, 4 pistols disappeared from the inventory of the Special Guard Unit, suspicions and traces led to Colonel Simon Zereci, but again, he escaped confrontation with the law, while the criminal fact is in his file at the Special Guard Unit.
It is no coincidence that Simon Zereci's name has come up in connection with the (suicide) within the Guard, of the former driver of the former Minister of the Interior, Fatnir Xhafaj; but also in direct proven connection with the criminal activity of 6 guardsmen and former guardsmen arrested, convicted and dismissed for arms trafficking, drugs and smuggling.
For Simon Zereci to be accepted as a candidate for Guard Director, his integrity must be verified, as to why he was dismissed from his post and expelled from the Guard structures; and for the false documents with which he was re-entered the Guard in 2013.
The true motive for Simon Zereci's injury, when he was Deputy Commander of the Guard's Operational Company, must be verified.
Articles 16 and 17 of the Law on the Guard define this criterion: - The candidate for Guard Director must not be in conflict of interest with the position, while Simon Zereci has classic nepotism: his wife, Albana Bogdani, is an employee in the Guard's Human Resources office.
So, Simoni, during these 6 months as acting director, has hired people with criminal records and fake school documents; while his wife has approved their files, but they will do the same thing together if Simoni is appointed director for the next 5 years.
Another verification should be made of candidate Simon Zereci: - What jobs did he hold until October 2013, when he was expelled from the Guard, because he stated in his CV that he was "unemployed".
While the Minister of Interior, Albana Koçiu, who will select the new Director of the Guard, we remind her of the fact that the mandate is 5 years; while Simon Zereci is 63 years old, and according to the law he must remain in office for 2 years./ Pamphlet

Ju dhat dorheqjen se nuk mund te rrin ne garde njeres pijanec dhe te pamoralshem. Dhe te tjere duhet te ikin si ty. E. Kodrina keto qe ke shkruar jane te verteta te gjitha je djal i mire dhe i respektushem per ne qe te njohim mire dhe qe kemi punuar me ty . Te uroje gjithe te mireat dhe suksese kudo qe te jeshe . Per sa i perket keti Drejtusit z. Zereci rojes se ndertimeve te vellait te ishe drejtorit G . Sako i dine te gjithe punojsit e nderuar te Gardes se Republikes po nuk guxojne te flasin . I pershendes keto servilat qe i mushnin bagazhin e bencit me vaj e raki per shefin .
Hahaha kjo është shumë qesharake. Kush e njeh Zotin Zereci se sa i përkushtuar dhe se sa i devotshëm është për punë, kur lexon këto edhe nëse si qeshet do të qesh me zor. Ka një jetë që sakrifikon për Gardën po mos u lodhni me këto gjëra kot. Këto i bëjnë ata që e kuptojnë vetë se kush janë për të hedhur baltë. Keni harruar diçka pa thënë nga kasolle e ktheu Gardën në institucion për 6 muaj. Një këshillë mos u trembni nuk do meret me llafe dhe me njerëzit por do meret me punë.
Nuk e di sakte se kush nga ata qe zihen se kush do ta pi teken e fundit te dobixhanit te rakise eshte personi mbas ketij shkrimi te dobet… E para informohuni sakte per Robin se esht njeri me vlera dhe kte e tregoi ne detyren e komandantit te njesise speciale duke e drejtuar denjesisht dhe korrektesisht duke u rrespektuar nga te gjithe njesia qe drejtonte, qe nga magazinjeri deri te shoferi e keshtu me rradhe… kto dhune dhe fishek te humbur jan te sajuar nga shahisti me shoke qe donin ta sulmonin kur kishin dicka sado te vogel ne dore… Por qe sja dolen. O teknik specash meqe qenke te njesia speciale ku i blije me detyrim nga ky zari uniformen taktike ?
Mos me qen vesh si pijanec ne pune duhet nje uniform taktike qe e blen per tu dukur si nje njesi me rregull por ngaqe se meritoni dhe e dini qe nuk ju shkon ne trupin tuaj flisni kshu , gjynaf per ju!!!
O patronazhist ti se meriton se uniformen duhet te ta japi garda pa pagese qofte dhe taktike jo tet thot simon zari ik e blije ne filan vend( qe per me teper esht ku jan shit fisheket) po ti kaq e ke kapacitetin me cu bidona vaji te kumandanti. Po grun pse se merr ne pune ti fute e ti mbajini aty
Po ky robi a punon në Gardë, paska gjith ato vjet, ku ka më mirë se ky për ta drejtuar!? Jo po çojnë ndonjë bari delesh e të kullotë bagëtitë, se më duket kështu e paskan katandisur.Ky qënka dhe gjith ky zotëri,çkeni me të, apo keni frikë se ju vë "cucllën"?!
Ky lajm jo vetem qe eshte nje genjeshter e madhe, dhe duan te perlyejne nje njeri te nderuar si Simon Zerici qe ka dhen gjithcka Gardes. Ju doni njeres ne krye te ketij institucioni pijanece dhe njeres pa moral qe vin nga ushtrija ose me sakte jan perzene nga ushtrija per moral dhe vjedhje.
Zoteris Simon Zereci ne fjal nuk i afroheni dot nivelit dhe pastertis ne punen ne Garde ai ka dhen gjithcka ka mundur ne keto vite Ju duhet nje jete per te arritur sa trecereku i tij nuk ja dilni dot me zotesi e fshiheni pas shkrimeve te kota nen hije.
Nuk e kuptoj përse duhet të ketë Gardë Republike?! Atë punë ta kryejë policiacdhe kjo njësi të shkrihet.

Shume e vertet po per ju qe dilni e mbeshtesni dihet se ca jeni se paskeni dhe info se kush e paska dhene infon dmth . Te gjitha jane te paverteta dhe llum i sajuar nga ata qe kane frike nga rregulli dhe zbatimi i ligjeve. Simonin e njoh personalisht dhe eshte me i rregullt se duhet ne kohet e sotme. Eshte dinjitoz dhe ka nje familje te mrrekullueshme. Gezon respektin e gjithe komunitetit ku jeton. Ne gjykimin tim po i bem dem vetes dhe po sakrifikon me kete detyre te rendesishme. E meriton dhe eshte me e pakta qe te jete Drejtori i ardhshem i Gardes.
Ty rri rehat se do ta heqin graden prap
Eshte vertet per te ardhur keq kur lexon shkrime qe nuk pasqyrojne realitetin. Per kedo qe e njeh nga afer punen dhe karakterin e Simon Zerecit, e di mire qe ai eshte nje drejtues model, i perkushtuar dhe me nje integritet te larte moral. Gjate gjithe karrieres se tij ne Garde, ai ka treguar vetem profesionalizem dhe respekt per ligjin e per koleget. Simon Zereci mbetet nje burre i nderuar dhe nje emer qe nuk mund te njolloset me fjale te paverteta.
Turp qe ne vend te vleresimit, hidhet balte mbi nje figure si Simon Zereci. Eshte e qarte qe keto shkrime vijne nga njerez qe duan t'i zene vendin, por qe nuk i afrohen dot as punes me te vogel qe ka bere Simoni per te arritur aty ku eshte sot me merite e sakrifice. Profesionalizmi dhe integriteti i tij nuk mund te rrezohen nga shpifjet e atyre qe nuk kane as gjysmen e vlerave te tij. Simoni eshte dhe mbetet nje drejtues model!
