The Bamberg Prosecutor's Office's investigation into the Israeli-Georgian financial fraud boss reopens the Albanian trail and tests SPAK's defense of the Prime Minister's brother...

By decision of the Bamberg General Prosecutor's Office in Germany, investigations have been launched into Israeli-Georgian citizen Mikheil B., organizer of the international criminal network of the "Milton Group" call center, for financial fraud activities.

His investigation, in addition to Amant Josifi, who has fled to Dubai and is wanted by Spanish justice, has also disturbed the peace for Prime Minister Edi Rama's brother, the famous Olsi Rama, as he is found to be involved in fraud and theft worth millions of euros through call centers in Albania.

Olsi Rama is experiencing the fear of being involved in the investigation as part of the "Milton Group" mafia network due to the fact that the German Prosecutor's Office file also mentions the action carried out on November 8-9, 2022 in Albania by the justice system of Spain, Germany, EUROJUST, SPAK and the Albanian Police.

Olsi Rama's name is in the investigative files of Spain and Germany, and it has even been stated by the two arrested, Erindi Pisqyli and Berlando Saraçaj, that Olsi Rama was the de facto "boss", organizer, partner and manager of the call-center activity of the Maltese-Georgian-Israeli criminal group "Milton Group" in Albania.

But the leaders of the Albanian Police and SPAK removed Olsi Rama's name from the list of people who ran the call-center activity, while the partner Amant Josifi was deceived into thinking he was not there, informing him in advance of the action and allowing him to escape to Dubai.

The traces of the investigation launched in Germany into the arrested Israeli-Georgian boss Mikheil B., for crimes committed in Albania, will once again lead to Olsi Rama and Amant Josifi, as representatives, leaders and partners of the fraudulent network.

With this investigation, German justice has approached Olsi Rama for the second time as a criminal figure who has deceived and stolen from 1,200 German citizens and businessmen through call-center scams.

The first case in which the German justice system charged Olsi Rama was for his involvement in a cocaine trafficking and processing gang in the Xibraka laboratory, a fact proven by wiretaps, environmental footage, and the TIMS border system.

The second case filed against Olsi Rama by German justice is for his involvement in call-center fraud.

The third case is again related to the call-center network, following the arrest and extradition of the Israeli-Georgian boss of the "Milton Group" and the reopening of the investigation in Germany for his "Olsi-Amant" group, with 20 centers in Albania.

In the first case of the investigation into the call-center activity, former SPAK director Altin Dumani saved Olsi Rama, not including him in the investigation file, while for Amant Josifin he declared that he was being investigated by Spanish justice and that there was no investigation in Albania. In fact, the investigation had begun, assets were seized and he was declared wanted, but then the investigation was discontinued and deleted from the criminal case register.

In the case of the "Xibraka" file, SPAK resumed the investigation after the complaint of MP Gazment Bardhi, but after a month it dismissed the case, stating that there was no evidence that Olsi Rama had been involved in the cocaine trafficking and processing gang.

The question that arises is this:

Will SPAK protect and save Olsi Rama again, if the German justice system seeks to question, investigate and prosecute him for the crime of call-center fraud?/ Pamphlet
