"Typhoon Trump" has begun operating in Albania, through the Department of Justice, which, through FBI agents in Tirana, has requested BKH as a partner investigative structure, data on the Albanian Ambassador to the US, Ervin Bushati.
The data requested is about Ervin Bushati's private, official and political activity in Albania, mainly data on his integrity, criminal and economic status and other aspects.
In fact, American domestic and foreign security agencies have had data on Ervin Bushati since 2000, when he was studying at DePaul University in Chicago and was a "spy".
But apparently, they have received information that does not match the integrity of a foreign diplomat in the US, which they have decided to track down and verify through their BKH partner structure in Albania, created by the US Department of Justice and trained by the FBI.
In addition to being Ambassador to the US, Ervin Bushati represents Albania in Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Costa Rica, countries that are under the scanner of the US.
In these countries, Edi Rama and his ministers and former ministers have had connections with drug cartels in Mexico and networks for transferring, hiding and laundering money in tax havens.
There is evidence that these contacts may have been exploited, kept active and hidden through Ambassador Ervin Bushati privately and under the guise of diplomatic contacts, as Babloku has done through ambassadors in Serbia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, China, Azerbaijan and through honorary consuls, who are traffickers and oligarchs connected to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
But in 2018 and 2019, Ervin Bushati, in the role of "journalist" in the elections in Russia and the elections in Ukraine, left traces of contacts, facts which he did not declare in Albania, but only in his CV after taking office as ambassador to the US.
In the years 2002-2013, Ervin Bushati conducted a construction business with the company "Bushati Konstruksion" and was simultaneously a member of the Tirana Municipal Council; a time when he was investigated for money laundering, transfers with foreign exchange agencies, concealment of assets, evasion, connections with traffickers and smuggling, but the investigations were forgotten.
While in 2014, he became an MP and was later appointed chairman of the Socialist Party of Tirana, while after losing his mandate as an MP in the 2021 elections, Ervin Bushati was appointed Director of the State Post Office.
But he was fired in March 2022, after information from Western embassies in Tirana, from SHISH's Anti-Crime, that he was opening envelopes, parcels and mailboxes of embassies, police, courts and prosecutors' offices, whose data he was giving to third parties.
On March 12, 2020, Ervin Bushati was taken under investigation by SPAK, with Criminal Proceeding No. 93/2020, for the criminal offenses of concealment and failure to declare assets, tax evasion and falsification of documents, which, among other things, mention 7 real estate properties in Tirana, Kavaja and Saranda and a report by ILDKPI, for not justifying many assets and bank accounts.
According to the letter from prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu of the SPAK registry, Ervin Bushati continues to be criminally prosecuted; but in July 2023, Edi Rama appointed him Ambassador to the US.
Now, a year and a half after taking this position, it is the US Department of Justice, through FBI agents, that has requested information from BKH about his figure and activities.
American justice "catches the rabbit with the cart" and we don't believe it is interested in Ervin Bushati of Babloku in vain, so let's wait and see./ Pamphlet
