Millionaire Elton Karapici (it's not an exaggeration), but he's been a taxi driver at the VIP Tax Directorate for 10 years. He 'shaves and shaves' big business in the name of the Party.
Over the course of a decade, he is estimated to have extorted around 10 million euros in bribes, based on the number of "inspections" he conducted at VIP businesses.
Immediately after the elections, he rushed to make, like all the other taxi drivers, the millions of the summer of 2025. Because from January to May the order was clear: no inspections or fines for the business.
So who is Elton Karapici?
The son of two intellectual parents, Fatmir and Vjollca Karapici, who passed away during the Covid-19 pandemic. Elton the taxi driver, before and after their deaths, was extorted oil.
Adela Shera, his wife, has an interrupted career as Deputy Minister of Economic Development in 2016-2017.
A man with a good career wants a worthy woman by his side, that's the postulate. Adela Shera is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, where her late mother-in-law, Vjollca Karapici, also worked.
Sabri Shera, the father of former Deputy Minister of Economy, Tourism, Trade and Entrepreneurship, Adela Karapici (Shera), was arrested as part of the operation called "Fake Contracts" in February 2024.
Shera, together with his son-in-law who did not appear anywhere in the investigation, owns the construction company "AA Konstruksion". With dozens of deceived citizens, with dozens of reports, until he was arrested.
The father-in-law of the taxi driver Karapici had once sold the same apartments in a building built by the company he owns with his son-in-law 8 times.
Sabri Shera has been denounced dozens of times for his exploits as a fraudulent builder, while the groom continued to work for VIPs without any problems...

Nga ABI bankë me themelues dy shqiptaro-amerikanë, njeri banakier dhe tjetri kamarier, nga OJF Besa, u sollë një çift me profesion hamburgerista nga Gjermania dhe u kalua nga OJF në institucion financiar (bankë). Nga kontrabanda e naftës dhe armëve si biznes partiak në Bankën Italo- Shqiptare. Të ndjerët Luan Karapici dhe Vjollca Karapici vdekur nga Covid-19 ( vdekje e dyshimtë), ishin respektivisht: Kryetar dhe Sekretar të Shoqatës së Kontabilistëve të Shqipërisë. Me këta kuvendonin qeveritë e radhës, për hartim ligjesh, liçensash për kontabilist, ndaj kontabiliteti si revizor i pasurisë publike u kthye në kover(mbulim) i zhvatjes nga konçensionistët dhe tatimorët e bizneseve VIP. Si ka mundësi që hetimet kryen përciptaz . Si mund të shiten apartamentet disa herë. Pa bashkëpunim të Zyrës së Regjistrimit të Pasurive të Palujtëshme dhe Noterisë Shqiptare. Kush gjen shesh, bën përshesh thotë populli. Pa hetuar Kryeministrin dhe ishët para tij në kuadër të grupit apo organizatës së strukturuar kriminale, siç rezultojnë faktikisht, nuk ka shtet ndërtim. Nuk jam prej natyre cmirëzi dhe as xheloz pse qytetarët shqiptar me mund kanë ngritur biznese të suksesshme dhe fitimprurëse dhe kanëpunësuar me mijra e mijra shqipëtarë por edhe të huaj. Ju lumtë dhe suksese. Por për të paudhët që portat jua hap 'Parija e Tiranës' sepse janë bashkëpërfitues me ta, duhet të ketë hetim pasuror dhe konfiskim pasurije.
Mos permendni figura te nderuara si Profesore Vjollca qe kane sakrifikuar jeten per te edukuar breza per 35 vite per agenda portalesh e klikimesh.
Ka bo detyren qe eshte pagu mire. lejini keto lepirje. Ke vene dhe emrin, ke per ti kerkuar gje?
Mos përmendni figura të nderuara si Profesore Vjollca, që ka sakrifikuar jetën për 35 vite në edukimin e brezave, për agjenda portalesh, klikimesh dhe baltosje publike. Jo çdo emër i ndershëm mund të përdoret si mjet për përfitime apo zhurmë mediatike.
Ka akoma nga ata qe dine sa kane paguar per provime e diploma.. Dakort qe s’do permendur i vdekuri po as moral nga idiotet s’ka pse pranon njeri. Ik gjej ndonje pune tjeter me mire
