SPAK prosecutors have complied with the decision of the Administrative Court, justifying that Myzyri has not committed a criminal offense, while the evidence with his signatures is in the files of the Public Procurement Commission. After the investigation into the Xhaçka-Gaçi couple was dropped, SPAK leaders and prosecutors have provided second evidence with the "Myzyri" file, showing how they engage in bargaining and make deals to drop investigations that implicate government leaders and oligarchs.
With the request addressed to the special court, SPAK has decided to discontinue the investigations into the former Chairman of the Public Procurement Commission, Jonaid Myzyri, known as "Xhuxhi", who was indicted in June 2025 for violating the equality of tender participants with a loss of 2.2 million Euros.
SPAK made this decision with the justification that it did not find any evidence of a criminal offense against him and that the former chairman of the tenders commission, Jonaid Myzyri, was not involved in any legal violation while performing his duties.
As another argument, SPAK has used the trial that the "Dwarf" of tenders, Jonaid Myzyri, won in the Administrative Appeals Court through a unifying decision, which states that the criminal offense and his official position do not result in SPAK's investigative competence.
This decision is a clear violation of the Criminal Procedure Code and unconstitutional actions have been taken by the justice bodies, which create complete suspicions of a deal between the heads of SPAK and the "Tall" of power, bringing into play even the Administrative Appeals Court to cease the investigation against the "dwarf" of tenders.
Not that he is truly innocent, but because during his 5 years at the head of the tenders commission, Jonaid Myzyri was a "tool" of Edi Rama, the power elite and the oligarchs, for certifying the clientelist illegalities of tenders, auctions, concessions and thefts through them.
First, it is absurd to even think that the Administrative Court, which deals only with civil matters, should decide what investigative matters SPAK has jurisdiction over, when investigative powers are defined by the Criminal Procedure Code, which includes the investigation of officials.
But the SPAK bosses, instead of ignoring, or at least opposing, the Administrative Court's decision, have obeyed its decision, apparently in implementation of the bargain and the scheme to not punish the "Dwarf" of tenders.
SPAK has requested the termination of the investigation, when concrete evidence of the criminal offenses he committed is with his signatures in the files of the Public Procurement Commission and in the investigative file that BKH has submitted to the prosecutor of the case, Elvin Gokaj.
It is no coincidence that in parallel with the investigation that has been delayed for about 2 years, Prime Minister Edi Rama, since August 2025, has been blocking the process of selecting the Chairman of the Public Procurement Commission for 8 months.
According to information, after SPAK's decision to discontinue the investigations and clear the figure of "Xhuxhi" Jonaid Myzyri, the "Tall" of power intends to re-elect him for a second term as head of the Public Procurement Commission./ Pamphlet

Drejtuesi i SPAK Klodian Braho duhet të regjistroj proçedim penal për prokurorin Elvin Gogaj .BKH duhet ti shtrinte hetimet më tej. Ose të gjithë i ka futur në thes Edi Rama , u ka lidhur grykën thesit dhe le të presin në ankth se në çfarë kanali apo humnere do ti hedh. Gjykata e Lartë me vendimet unifikuese, ka sabotuar proçeset gjyqësore, ka çorientuar gjykatat dhe ka bër nul Kodin e Proçedurave
Po pse, edhe ata te SPAK -ut njerz jane, do bejne dhe pazare, do ti binden dhe kryeministrit, edhe ,,,edhe...edhe... (sa te duash) se kapitalizem primitiv eshte tek e fundit!!!!
