Logically, the USD 1 billion investment project of the daughter and son-in-law of the former US president, Donald Trump, is a major and important touristic and economic development for that coastal area on the island of Sazan and Zvrnec and has been welcomed as such.
But this investment project was negotiated secretly and privately by Prime Minister Edi Rama, serving the frequent visits of the couple Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner and their realtor Richard Grenell, as an allegedly selected vacation spot between the Mediterranean beaches and the neighbors, from the fascination of the developed coastal tourist coast in Albania under the leadership of Bablok.
In fact, it turned out that the "Tumpets" had come to Vlora to do business with the project for a luxury resort on the island of Sazan; while the other project is in the area of Zvërnec, with several residences where hotels, shopping centers, casino villas and entertainment facilities will be built.
Until the day that this business project was published by "Bloomberg", only Prime Minister Edi Rama and no minister knew about the deal for the resort on the island of Sazan and in Zvërnec; not even the heads of NATO nor the President of the Republic, which has the island of Sazan under its jurisdiction as a military zone.
Because only Bablok has designed this as a secret bargain with the couple Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner and their realtor Richard Grenell, which also confirms the real purpose, why Edi Rama went as a client to the "Trump" hotel in Washington.
"Pamphlet" has said from the beginning that these two projects will be a big development for coastal tourism in Albania, but it is a state scandal that the prime minister has made secret and private bargains this time, making personal decisions on behalf of to govern.
It is a scandal that Prime Minister Edi Rama went shopping to donate two national assets worth billions of Euros: the island of Sazan with an area of 5.7 square kilometers and the coastal area of Zvrnec with an area of 5.1 square kilometers, as if his father had bequeathed him, when they are state territory.
The scandal deepens further, when it is learned that the island of Sazan and the area of Zvrnec will eventually be donated to the couple Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner to build resorts: but for these businesses, they will not pay any central or local taxes and will not they don't give a single penny of profit to the treasury of the Albanian state for 99 years.
That's why the prime minister lost control and hit the journalist, when she was asked what profit Albania has from these investments; because there will be no profit, on the contrary, the millions won will be loaded into the helicopter and will go to the "Trump" family.
