Before the echo of the request of the President of Ukraine, Volydymir Zelensky, that ammunition be produced in Albania for his war against Russia; the "uriths" of the military market have re-awakened, to get the monopoly, or part of this business that can be opened in Poliçan, Gramsh or Elbasan.
Mihal Delijorgji and Shkëlzen Berisha, known as the "devils of Gërdec" along with Saliu and Fatmir Mediu, were the first to re-open their appetite for the business of manufacturing and selling ammunition.
Both are tower builders and business owners; one is Bablok's favorite client, while the other is "non grata" from the USA and a partner with Dorjan Dučka in the "Rama-McGonigal-Neza" file, a file that has been tried in the US and is being investigated by SPAK.
After the statement made by the minister Niko Peleshi, that Albania will re-open the military plants, Mihal Delijorgji and Shkëlzen Berisha under his shadow, have started to "move the stones" near the Bablok clan, to get into the production and export business of ammunition in Ukraine.
The conviction that the production of munitions will begin was reinforced by the statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama on the second day of the Summit, that Albania is ready to activate the military factories and will start preparations together with the partners.
While the possibility of involvement in the ammunition business, Mihal Delijorgjit and Shkëlzen Berisha, will create the scenario of Bablok; according to which, the production and export will be done with concessions, giving to subjects who have experience in this type of business, or who have dealt with the processing, administration and trade of military ammunition.
Mihal Delijorgji has experience, because during the time when Pandeli Majko was the Minister of Defense, he did the business of tanks, cannons, cars and heavy weapons of the Albanian army.
Delijorgji bought those properties for 3.5 million USD in installments, when they cost nearly 200 million USD; which he sold in functional condition and scrap in Greece and Macedonia, through his company "Pëparimi Sh.pk" in Shkozet, while according to the Prosecution of the Court-Durra, he was allowed not to pay 4.5 million USD in tax and customs duties.
While together with Shkëlzen Berisha and his company "Albademil Sh.pk", Mihal Delijorgji has the "experience" of the business with the dismantling of ammunition in Gërdec, their packaging with false labels and the export sale in countries of war.
The two partners Berisha-Delijorgji also have the experience of managing the transport of ammunition, acquired during their receipt from the warehouses of Tirana, Poliçan, Berat, Vlora, Levan, Gramsh, Elbasan, Durrës, Kavaja, Kruja and Laçi, which they collected in the Gërdec factory.
While the opportunity to get into this business, Delijorgji has close ties with Bablok; who for 11 years has been giving permission for towers and palaces.
