On November 24, 2022, the law was approved for the "Alababar" project with buildings, towers, shopping center and yacht harbor in Durrës, while on December 8, 2022 in parliament, Minister Belinda Balluku said that 80% of the apartments and commercial units in "Dubai Durrës ", were sold without starting the works.
On December 15, 2022, on "Report TV", Alabbar said that the works for the construction of the buildings in "Dubai-Durra" will begin in January 2023, while the first residential block will be ready within 6 months.
On January 30, 2023, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Mohamed Alabbar signed the contract, after which Prime Minister Edi Rama said: - Those who have bought and want to buy apartments and commercial units, will not be able to distinguish whether they are in Durrës or Dubai.
It has been 10 months, but Mohamed Alabbar, the "sheikh" hired realtor of the sheikhs of Dubai, is not even starting work on the construction of the buildings and commercial units that he sold in the air, while the fraud was advertised in the government media, with a sales agency with an influx of buyers, who were people used, to fish for "victim" buyers.
The truth is, that within the first 3 months of September-November 2022 when Bablok and Belinda were promoting Dubai and Durrës, Alabbar managed to sell 630 apartments and 160 commercial units in the air, as well as fished 35 shareholder financiers in hotels, shopping centers and the port of yachts.
It's been 1 year since the start of the works, but no foundation has been opened there, while the buyers, most of them, have started to suspect that they are victims of a fraud scheme.
According to the information, some hotel buyers and financiers have turned to the Economic Anti-Crime, where they have deposited the mandate-payments they made by hand to the "Alabbar" agency and their contracts.
Duke qenë se Alabbar ka 8 muaj që nuk shkel në Shqipëri, hetuesit e Anti-krimit i kanë lënë pezull denoncimet e blerësve të pallateve njësive tregtare fantazma “Dubai Durrës” me justifkimin “Mos gjetje personi”, duke mos u dhënë asnjë shpresë qytetarëve.
Në vend të Mohamed Alabbar, para 3 ditësh ka bërë një sqarim publik Erlis Hereni, këshilltari i Belinda Ballukut dhe drejtor i kompanisë shtetërore “Albanian Seaports Development SH.A” që është ortake 33% me Mohamed Alabbar te projekti “Dubai Durrës”.
Ai u ka bërë thirrje blerësve të apartamenteve në ajër, të jenë të qetë e të sigurt, se shumat që kanë paguar nuk do t’i humbasin e se projekti nuk është skemë mashtrimi, mbasi punimet do fillojnë kur investitori e ndëtuesi Mohamed Alabbar të jetë gati.
Në fakt, investitorë janë blerësit shqiptarë që i kanë dhënë milionat paradhënie, ndërsa ndërtues nuk dihet se cilët do jenë, pavarësisht se thuhet që do jenë disa nga oligarkët e lidhur me Bablokun, të cilët nuk kanë besim se Alabbar do t’i paguaj.
Po përse nuk i fillon punimet Alabbar, për ndërtimin e “Dubait” në Durrës? Mos vallë, ngaqë bankat shqiptare nuk i dhanë 130 milionë Euro kredi, ngaqë nuk ka koletaral e nuk kanë besim?
Shenjën e keqe dhe të pritshme të një skeme piramidale me këtë projekt fantazmë, po e jep dhe Babloku, i cili prej 7 muajsh nuk flet për të; ndërsa blerësit e apartamenteve në ajër, po presin të zbresë nga qielli “sheiku” Alabbar i cili është zhdukur.
