Moments of horror were recorded a few hours before the Jewish Passover holiday in Jerusalem.
As reported by foreign media, a terrorist attack injured three people who were walking on the street when they were hit and thrown into the air by a vehicle.
The passenger then pulled out a makeshift "Carlo" machine gun to fire, but the weapon appeared to jam.
He then dropped the gun and fled quickly in their vehicle, while the Israeli authorities have launched a search to find and arrest them.
