Moscow's hints about Ukraine's involvement in Friday's terrorist attack have been persistent, but now Russia is pointing the finger directly at Kiev. The head of the FSB, Alexander Bortnikov, accuses Ukraine's secret services of facilitating the terrorist attack at the Crocus concert hall in the western suburbs of Moscow.
According to the Ria Novosti news agency, Bortnikov has emphasized that the attack was prepared by Islamic radicals, but with the support of Ukraine, even in the escape of 4 terrorists. "We believe that the attack was prepared by Islamic radicals and facilitated by Western special services. As for the Ukrainian intelligence services, they are directly involved.
