"Just as Israel defends itself, so too does Republika Srpska defend its right to exist, to establish and preserve the covenant of its ancestors. Serbs and Jews are peoples who tried to completely disappear - and they survived. That is why we understand each other. And that is why we stand together," he continued.
Milorad Dodik had planned to attend the Conference Against Anti-Semitism in Jerusalem, Israel, on March 26 and 27, according to previous reports.
Dodik's departure caused a reaction from the Border Police in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after an investigation was launched into how he crossed the state border by order of director Mirko Kupresakovic. /Pamphlet/
