Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will be in Washington on April 17 to meet with United States President Donald Trump.
The Prime Minister herself confirmed this a little while ago during meetings with economic categories on the topic of tasks, which are currently taking place at Palazzo Chigi.
The meeting was also confirmed by White House spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt during a press conference.
" It will be an official working visit," she added, noting that the president will negotiate "personalized agreements" with each individual country.
The government "is facing another complex challenge, but we have what it takes to overcome this one too. We can count on the strength, vitality and dynamism of our businesses and workers, who have always shown that they know how to react and find solutions even in the most difficult moments. The government is ready to do its part, as it has always done so far, but once again it will be our businesses and workers who will be decisive for the outcome of this great challenge ", explained Meloni.
