Security expert, Avenir Peka, spoke about the attack that happened a few days ago in Moscow.
Invited to the show "Now" in Euronews Albania, he underlined that the issue is who is behind the attack while he also talked about the possible scenario that Russian President Vladimir Putin may have.
According to him, Putin is using this case to channel it towards Ukraine.
"What is almost known or already determined is that these elements come from ISIS branches. The question that is being asked by everyone is who is the customer. This hints at who ISIS is. I do not doubt that those who committed the act really think or committed it on behalf of ISIS, but the question is who is behind it. In this particular case, Putin is using it to channel it towards Ukraine, and even more so as he is about to start a major offensive that would prove fatal for Ukraine. This idea of connection with Ukraine is not gaining traction in the public opinion. Until yesterday, the Russians were reluctant to connect him with ISIS, today Putin was forced to connect him with ISIS, but he said that we will find out who the client is," he said.
