Huma Abedin and Alex Soros are officially married! The couple said "I do" at the groom's $14.5 million estate, while the bride chose two custom dresses for the ceremonies with family and friends.
According to Vogue, Abedin and Soros opted for a two-ceremony celebration in the Hamptons: "a small one with family and close friends to sign the Nikah in honor of Abedin's Muslim faith and the Ketubah in honor of Soros' Jewish heritage."
The bride wore Givenchy, designed by Sarah Burton, for the larger celebration, and chose a stunning dress from Erdem, designed by Erdem Moralıoğlu, for the smaller ceremony.

Givenchy's classic look, inspired by Audrey Hepburn, was modeled from ivory silk crepe and satin backing, featuring a delicate belt with "a row of covered buttons along the back," according to Vogue.

"I can't get over how easy it is," Abedin told the media during her final fitting, revealing that her and Soros' initials were hidden in the embroidery of the dress. "I wanted a dress that my future husband would look at and say, 'She looks incredible.'"

Meanwhile, Abedin described her Erdem dress as "ethereal" and "incredible," telling Vogue that she "fell in love with the brand" years ago while working in Washington, DC.
Abedin revealed that in her first conversations with Moralıoğlu, the designer presented her with a series of sketches, including a photo of Grace Kelly's wedding dress. He also incorporated a sentimental detail into the final design.

"The thing that left me speechless when I saw the dress is that Moralıoğlu had embroidered my father's name in Arabic, inside, right next to my heart," Abedin told Vogue.
"My father passed away in 1993 and he was a very important person in my life. I think about him every day," she added.

Page Six previously reported that Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour helped Abed choose her wedding dress, as the two are close friends.
The wedding of the billionaire heiress and longtime aide to Hillary Clinton was attended by the politician herself, as well as husband Bill Clinton and his daughter Chelsea, James Rothschild and his wife Nicky Hilton, and others.

Abedin told Vogue that it was actually Hillary who encouraged him to hold a full ceremony instead of just elope, as she and Soros had originally planned.
