A strange event has been recorded in Oslo, where convicted mass murderer Anders Breivik appeared in court this Monday in an attempt to sue the Norwegian state for human rights violations.
The far-right extremist who killed 77 people in a bomb and gun attack appeared before a judge in Oslo, arguing that the restrictions placed on him since his 2012 imprisonment amounted to inhumane treatment that contravened the European Convention on Human Rights. Human Rights.
Breivik currently enjoys all accommodations. In his cell he has a TV, an Xbox and a gym, but his lawyer says it is impossible for him to have a relationship with anyone outside of prison and that preventing him from sending letters outside is a violation of human rights.
On July 22, 2012, Breivik killed eight people in a bomb attack in Oslo, before heading to a youth camp on the island of Utoja, where he dressed as a police officer and gunned down 69 teenagers.
To date he has shown no remorse for the attacks, which he portrayed as a crusade against multiculturalism in Norway.
