Attacks on Israel, Iran threatens the West: Nearly 2,000 missiles for Europe!

Alarm sirens blared in Tel Aviv overnight, where despite the measures taken, 10 people lost their lives from missiles launched from Iran towards the Jewish state.

200 people were injured; a rocket was also reportedly fired into Jerusalem. The Israeli Defense Forces announced this morning that millions of people "ran to shelters" after the Islamic Republic launched a new wave of attacks.

The IDF said it responded by targeting a series of facilities in Tehran linked to the country's nuclear program, including fuel depots. The Iranian Tasnim news agency claimed that Israeli bombs had also hit the Iranian Defense Ministry, damaging one of its buildings.

The conflict was recently joined by Iran's allies, the Houthi rebels in Yemen, who claimed that over the past 24 hours, they have launched several Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missiles towards Israeli territory. In a statement, the group that controls large parts of Yemen, including the capital Sanaa, said that a series of coordinated actions are being taken against sensitive targets of the Israeli enemy. Israel openly sought US involvement.

But while many major media outlets view such a move as unlikely, Donald Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform that if “the United States is attacked by Iran in any way, the full power of the United States Armed Forces will be unleashed upon them at levels never seen before.” Trump, however, emphasized in the message that America had nothing to do with the attack on Iran.

According to the Israeli newspaper Axios, which cites two American sources and an Israeli official familiar with the matter, the Trump administration has made it clear to Netanyahu that it will not be directly involved in any Israeli military attack on Iranian nuclear facilities. According to the Wall Street Journal, Israel will not hesitate to target Iran's highest leader, its spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, this time. "Khamenei's elimination is not ruled out as a possibility, as part of efforts to destroy Tehran's nuclear program," the newspaper writes.

Iran has meanwhile warned of targeting a number of Western countries if they help block its retaliatory attacks on Israel, particularly singling out military bases and ships of the US, France and Great Britain, apparently saying that for this reason, it has nearly 2,000 missiles.
