The Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guterres, as he visited Egypt's border with the Gaza Strip to repeat his call for a ceasefire and strongly condemned the attack on the concert hall in Moscow.
"We consider the attack that took place in Moscow intolerable and we encourage all countries to cooperate with each other to ensure that ISIS does not have the capacity to strike anywhere else in the world ," he told the media.
The Secretary General of the United Nations called ISIS "a terrorist organization that operates in different parts of the world and represents a serious threat to all of us."
"It must be fought with determination, more international cooperation", concluded Guterres.
