
The militant group Hamas announced on Tuesday that it will not negotiate over the Israeli prisoners it is holding. The head of the political office of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh added that the negotiations will not take place until the end of the war.
“This file will not be opened until the end of the battle. And this will only be done for a certain price.”
However, Haniyeh said the militant group is open to ceasefire discussions.
