A video of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has gone viral after he slapped a little boy.
Footage shows the Turkish president slapping a little boy who wouldn't kiss his hand when he met him. It then took one of the assistants to tell the little boy to kiss the president's hand.
The incident occurred during an opening ceremony for houses rebuilt as part of the urban transformation in the northern province of Rize.
