Kamala Harris is expected to deliver her defeat speech tonight.

Citing two sources, Reuters news agency reports that she will give a speech to officially admit defeat at around 16:00 local time, around 22:00 Albanian time.

Harris is also expected to call Donald Trump about the victory.

President Joe Biden is also planning to call Trump after his victory and will speak publicly from the White House later, according to a White House official.
