Kovacevski says to Lavrov: Russian aggression in Ukraine must stop!

The OSCE Summit in Skopje has started today. 57 member diplomats of the organization participated in this Summit, including the head of Russian diplomacy, Sergei Lavrov.

The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovacevski, said that 30 years ago the OSCE helped the RMV, while today it is its duty to help the OSCE to be the largest regional security organization in Europe.

He also emphasized that the Russian aggression in Ukraine must be stopped as soon as possible. "Russia's aggression against Ukraine is a violation of every international convention. Each passing day shows that military aggression is not the solution. The war in Ukraine must stop as soon as possible", Kovacevski said, among other things.

Ukraine and the Baltic states, as a sign of dissatisfaction, have not sent the Ministers of Foreign Affairs to the Ministerial Council.
