Where is President Vladimir Putin?
Did he leave the capital or not? In the tense hours caused by Wagner's march to Moscow - which was called off in the evening after long negotiations - these questions are being asked frequently in the foreign media.
In the afternoon, Russian news site Fontanka reported, citing data from the Flightradar24 service, that two government planes had landed at St. Petersburg-Pulkovo airport.

One would be the Rossiya SLO Il 96-300 PU plane that Putin often uses on his travels: no confirmation that the Kremlin leader was on board. The next plane to land in St. Petersburg according to Fontanka would be an Airbus RSD523. Again, there is no information about the passengers.
However, there are those who, in the face of this news, have speculated that the Russian president has left Moscow.
Like Volodymyr Zelensky, who declared in the evening: "The man from the Kremlin is obviously very scared and probably hiding somewhere, without appearing. I am sure he is no longer in Moscow. The Ukrainian leader said it - in Russian, and certainly not by accident - in a speech delivered on the evening of Saturday June 24, shortly before Belarusian President Lukashenko announced that he had negotiated Wagner's "cease of movements" with Prigozhin.
Zëdhënësi i Kremlinit Dmitry Peskov mohoi menjëherë gjithçka.
An image from flight tracking site Flightradar is circulating on social media showing the alleged route of a Russian government jet from Moscow to St Petersburg.
