The driver, a 49-year-old male, identified as Vem Miller, was in unlawful possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun and a high-capacity magazine.
Vem Miller was arrested "without incident" and booked into possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high capacity magazine. Police said the meeting affected the safety of Trump or those attending the rally
