During visits to local hospitals, Israeli government ministers have been criticized by citizens and doctors, who have demanded their removal. The protest at the hospital forced the minister to leave.
"You have ruined this country. Get out of here," a doctor shouted at Idit Silman, who is the minister of the environment.
Silman visited the Assaf Harofeh hospital in Tsrifin.
"How are you not ashamed to fight another war?", said another furiously.
Israelis are outraged by the government's failure to prevent deadly attacks by Hamas. Many accuse him of being slow to help Israelis when they were being attacked by Hamas terrorists.
