The Wagner mercenary group has reacted to the news of the death of their leader Yevgeny Prigozhin, who allegedly died in a plane crash north of Moscow.
In a statement on Telegram, Wagner blames Kremlin officials led by Putin for Prigozhin's murder, while threatening a second march on Moscow if the news of Prigozhin's death is true.
"There are rumors about the death of PMC "Wagner" head Yevgeny Prigozhin. We expressly say that we suspect that Kremlin officials led by Putin have attempted to kill him! If the information about Prigozhin's death is confirmed - we organize the second "Justice March" in Moscow! He'd better be alive, it's in your best interest…”, Wagner's statement reads.
Wagner's boss, allegedly Yevgeny Prigozhin, died after a private jet he was traveling in crashed in Russia.
