Michelle Obama: The US is not ready for a female president

The United States is not ready for a woman president.

These are the words of Michelle Obama, former First Lady of the US during Barack Obama's Presidency.

"Don't wait for me to run. You're not ready for a woman. Don't waste my time," the former First Lady said, referring to periodic rumors about her possible candidacy, which have always been denied.

  Michelle Obama clarified her stance during the launch of her book 'The Look', although the video of her speech has only now been released.
