Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a telephone conversation last night with the newly elected President of the USA, Donald Trump.
The press office of the Greek government informs the opinion that the conversation between the two leaders lasted about 10 minutes and took place 6 days after the Republican Trump won the presidential election.
According to government sources, during the conversation, the Greek Prime Minister underlined the importance of the Greek-American strategic partnership for stability and security between the two countries.
Furthermore, Mitsotakis emphasized that he expects close cooperation with the new American administration on bilateral issues of regional and international interest.
So it is revealed that Mitsotakis invited Donald Trump to visit Greece.
