In the footage, the 37-year-old is seen trying to protect a woman who was pushed and knocked into the street by federal agents during a clash with protesters. As he tries to help her, the agents approach him and spray him with pepper spray in the face from close range, forcing him to fall on top of the woman he was trying to protect.
