Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke for the first time about the uprising of the Wagner group that disturbed Moscow a week ago.
In a lengthy press conference, Lavrov tried to reassure citizens that they should not worry about the Wagner group's rebellion, as he said Russia always emerges stronger after every difficulty.
He also mocked the concern of the West during the hours of the uprising, which he said he thanked for being concerned about Russia's national interests.
" There is no reason for Russian citizens to worry after the Wagner Group launched an armed rebellion last week, as the country always emerges more resilient and stronger after any hardship. If anyone in the West has any doubts, then that is your problem - thank you for your concerns about our national interests, but there is no need ," he said.
