A big debate has erupted in Serbia, centered on the president, Aleksandër Vucic, and believe it or not, the whole debate revolves around suspicions that the Serbian president's father may be Albanian.
The Serbian media ' Danas' reports that everything started when Millovan Brkic's tabloid published a story with the title; " Fahri Musliu, he is the biological father of Aleksandar Vucic " and now almost the entire Balkans thinks that he is the real father of Vucic.
Even a few years ago, the Albanian journalist Fahri Musliu suffered torture because some Serbian "journalists" determined with real research" that he is the father of the current president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, which has had a negative impact on Musliu's life.
As if the tabloid news from both Kosovo and Serbia were not enough, reports 'Danas', the situation was even more disturbed when Vucic, quite unnecessarily, came out to refute the rumours, saying that Musliu is not his father.
Vučić even did the same thing a few days ago, when this was accused by the Serbian opposition in the parliament.
" They attack me because I have ugly lips, I haven't done anything to my lips, it's my mother's fault that I was born like that. It's a genetic matter. They accuse me that Fahrudin Musliu is my father. On this occasion, I tell you that my father's name is Angjelko Vučič, not Fahri Musliu ", stated Aleksandër Vučič in an interview for 'TV Prva'.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, Musliu told 'Danasi', among other things, that he does not want to comment on what was said to Vucic, because he does not deal with slander, whoever it may be.
" Let the Serbs and Albanians have fun with nonsense, as it is in their blood to deal with slander and the lives of others ," said Musliu for Danas.
In an interview for Danas in 2017, Musliu said that "a bunch of fabrications, slander, insults" were written in his name and that the authors have no connection with reality and truth.
Musli clarified that Millovan Brkiç's portal took a part from his book "Diary of an Albanian in Belgrade", where he confessed in a paragraph that Musliu had worked with Angelina Vučič, the mother of Aleksandër Vučič, and then everything spread rapidly .
Musliu further added that in October 2014 the Croatian portal published an interview given by Predrag Popovic and former radical Ilija Petkovic, in which it was said that Vucic's uncle was a soldier and his father was a well-known Kosovo Albanian from Prizren , Fahri Musliu.
" For five full days I was lynched by the media on the pages of portals and some newspapers and television pages in Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia where I was presented as the father of Vucic ," Musliu explained to Danas.
