Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation today where they discussed ways to improve the efficiency of bilateral commercial and economic cooperation, a Kremlin statement said.
" Following the conversation in Kazan on October 23, they substantially discussed the urgent issues of the bilateral agenda with a focus on improving the effectiveness of trade and economic cooperation.
