The organizers of the Paris Olympics have apologized after a wave of backlash from the global public, which called the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics in Paris a "disturbing" and "blasphemous" performance.
The tableau included a medley of transvestites, dancers and an obese, nearly naked Greek "god" perched on a plate.
The scene, which was meant to resemble Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting The Last Supper, sparked backlash from religious groups around the world and has forced some sponsors to pull their advertising from the 2024 Olympics.
Some of these scenes may look familiar to you as they are very similar to one of the controversial setups in the show from the lake a while ago where naked people exposed their genitals in front of children.
