Powerful explosion in Turkey, 10 people injured

Ten people were injured after an explosion occurred today in the province of Kocaeli in western Turkey.

Foreign media report that the explosion occurred near a grain warehouse in the port of Derinza.

So far, the causes of the explosion near the silos of the Turkish Grain Organization (TMO) have not been clarified.

It is reported that the explosion occurred at 14:40, while the police are continuing the investigation.

The governor of the province, Sedar Yavuz, announced the beginning of an investigation into the causes of the explosion.
