A 22-year-old fan of the AEK team was stabbed to death at night on the outskirts of Athens, during a clash with Dinamo Zagreb ultras.
The news was announced by the Greek police, which informs that eight people were injured in the fights between the two fans that took place 24 hours after the first match.
The young man was rushed to the hospital after the incident and was given first aid, but he could not survive, while there is still no information about the perpetrator of this crime.
According to the information about the violent events, 96 people were arrested and sent to the General Police Directorate in Attica, where they are being investigated.
The first match between AEK and Dinamo Zagreb is expected to be played this evening, valid for the third qualifying round of the Champions League.
