Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is in the spotlight again, after he attended the wedding of the son of Vojislav Sešelj, a war crimes convict and former "boss" of Vučić.
The videos from the wedding have quickly flooded social networks, even Seselj has confirmed for Nova.rs that Vucic was not alone at the wedding ceremony, but had taken his father and son with him.
" Yesterday, my son Alexander had a wedding in the church and baptized his two children. The celebratory lunch was at the Radmilovac restaurant, attended by Aleksandar Vucic, his father Angjelko and son Danilo. Taking pictures and recording was allowed, no one protected him and I didn't see the video you are talking about ," Seshel told Nova.rs.
In the video from the wedding, it can be seen that Vucic is sitting next to Sesel at the table. One of the recordings shows Vučić and Sešel toasting, while a song praising the Chetnik duke Pavle Gjurišić is heard in the background.

This action has caused a great reaction in Serbia from the media and the opposition, but also abroad. Among the first Serbs to condemn the action was the oppositionist, Cedomir Stojkovic. The lawyer from Belgrade said that it is a shame for humanity that Vučić celebrates and gets drunk with a war criminal.
"The fact that the shame of humanity @predsednikrs gets drunk together with the criminal Vojislav Šešelj is a simple matter that I discuss with foreigners for a long time, noting the complete equality of both. The fact that he gets drunk with him listening to a song celebrating Pavle Jurishic, a Chetnik whose units committed crimes during World War II, and then he personally joined NDH units and finally, in Operation Weiss in 1943, joined forces with the Nazis. forces to attack our population, is another thing, which anyone who wished could know. The fact that that song has the primitive melody of the military units that carried out the genocide in Srebrenica is the third thing.
But the fact that the president of Serbia holds wine as if it were beer and while drinking it shakes his head as if it were brandy, is a particularly shameful thing that proves that this shame of humanity has not managed to get ANY decency in 11 years of power. even if by chance he took it from foreigners he meets against their will" , wrote Stojkovic on "Twitter".
