A secret letter was published today for the former president of the USA, Barack Obama, according to the American media 'New York Post'.
The published letter states that the former president wrote to his ex-girlfriend that he can make love to men every day, which was written in November 1982 to Alex McNear.
The letter was published by historian David Garrow in June of this year, who revealed that the former American president, on many occasions, fantasized about personal meetings with men.
“As for homosexuality, I have to say that I think it's an attempt to get away from the present, a refusal perhaps to perpetuate the endless farce of earthly life. You see, I make love to men every day, but in my imagination,” 21-year-old Barack Obama wrote to Alex McNear in November 1982.
"My mind is mostly androgynous and I hope to be able to think in terms of 'people' rather than 'women compared to men.' But, returning to my body, I see that I have become a man and physically in life, I choose to accept this opportunity", he added.
Alex McNear, who was in a relationship with Obama, later released the letter to the media, which the Pulitzer Prize-winning historian included in his book.
The letter is currently owned by Emory University, which does not allow photography or retrieval. However, historian Garroë's friend Harvey Klehr wrote the paragraphs by hand and sent them to the author.
For his part, historian David Garrow commented that there was nothing unusual about Obama's youthful thoughts.
"I am a historian, not a psychologist, but I think that the (overwhelming?) majority of people have sexual fantasies!" he emphasized.
Barack Obama is the father of two children and has been married to Michelle since 1992.
