The preliminary expertise regarding the event that happened 10 days ago, where 3 members of the Eagles fired at an "Audi" car, on the Tirana - Fushë Krujë road, has been clarified.
According to the sources referring to the expertise, one of the shells found in the vehicle turns out to have come from the service weapon of the officer Rezart Berberi, who is still being sought.
It is suspected that the vehicle was also shot by one of his colleagues, Elton Dokollari or Fliruan Zeneli, but the projectile was damaged and expertise could not prove it.
According to the expertise, 6 holes were found in the car, which are suspected to have been caused by 3 bullets, due to the fact that they penetrated inside, endangering the life of the driver and his friend.
In his testimony, the citizen stated that after being stopped by the officers for control, he gave him the documents and asked them to leave as he had his son in the hospital. This claim was also proven by the investigative team.
According to him, one of the officers put a pistol to his chest and asked him to get out of the vehicle. The moment the officer removed the pistol from the citizen's chest, the latter gave gas to the vehicle and drove away quickly. At these moments, the officers fired with their service weapons.
The operatives filed a complaint against the citizen for disobeying the police order. For this event, the court ordered arrest in prison, in absentia, for officer Rezart Berberi on the charge of attempted murder.
While mandatory appearance was set for two colleagues, Elton Dokollari and Fliruan Zeneli, accused of not reporting a crime, falsification of documents and actions that prevent the discovery of the truth.
