The Israeli military announced on Thursday that it had attacked an advanced explosives testing facility linked to Iran's nuclear program in Talegan.
According to Israeli media, the facility in question was used to conduct explosives tests as part of Iran's nuclear program and is located just south of Tehran.
Parchin-Taleghan 2 had previously served as a location for the AMAD-era nuclear weapons cluster in connection with explosives testing and is located just south of Tehran.
On March 8, despite doubts about the Israeli military's recent claims that it had destroyed a secret nuclear site, which was critical and potentially dangerous to the Islamic regime's future plans to develop a nuclear weapon, the Jerusalem Post confirmed from Israeli sources the veracity of the news.
On March 3, IDF chief spokesman Brigadier General Efi Defrin revealed at a press conference that the air force had destroyed a secret Iranian nuclear weapons development site.

Calling the site Min Zadai, on the northeastern outskirts of Tehran, Deffrin said the site was involved in weapons development groups. He said IDF intelligence tracked nuclear scientists who attempted to travel there clandestinely. By tracking these scientists, he said, the IDF was able to learn about the dangerous nature of these activities, potentially helping Tehran begin rehabilitating aspects of weapons development for a nuclear bomb.
