The Israeli military continues to seek evidence to convince allies of its latest attack on Al Shifa hospital in Gaza, which it says killed at least 80 people linked to the militants.
An IDF press release states that $3 million was found inside the hospital, believed to have been used by some senior Hamas leaders to continue funding the war.
Meanwhile, in the diplomatic arena, the US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, states that the United States presented a draft resolution to the UN Security Council, which demands the immediate establishment of a ceasefire in Gaza, in exchange for the release of all hostages.
Blinken has recently embarked on a tour of the Middle East, with the express aim of giving a boost to peace talks between Israel and Gaza. Currently, his first stop is Saudi Arabia.
Canada, on the other hand, has decided to stop arms shipments to Israel. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, since January 8, the government has not approved new permits for the export of weapons to Israel, and this will continue until the conditions for their export are guaranteed.
