The released video shows a person wearing a hat, sunglasses, and a long-sleeved black shirt running across a roof, jumping off the edge of the building, and jumping to the ground.
A $100,000 reward offered by the FBI and direct calls for public help indicate the difficulties that American authorities are facing in identifying the killer of Trump's ally.
US officials have issued an urgent appeal for help from the public as the search continues for the perpetrator of the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, releasing new videos and photos from the scene in the state of Utah.
More than 24 hours after Kirk was shot during a speech before thousands of people at a Utah university, the state's governor, standing by FBI Director Kash Patel and other officials, declared: "We need as much help as we can get."
"We can't do this job without the public's help," said Governor Spencer Cox, adding that the FBI has received over 7,000 pieces of information and leads so far.

New footage from the scene, suspect on the run
The released video shows a man wearing a hat, sunglasses and a long-sleeved black shirt running across a rooftop, jumping off the edge of the building and jumping to the ground. The suspect is believed to have fled into the surrounding area after the attack and has not yet been identified.
Investigators said they have recovered evidence, including a palm print, a shoe print, and a high-powered hunting rifle found in a wooded area along the perpetrator's escape route. However, no suspects have been named yet, and no clear motive has been given.
Public appeals for help during the evening press conference appeared to reflect the continuing difficulty in uncovering the identity and whereabouts of the perpetrator. Authorities declined to take questions from reporters, and Patel did not speak during the conference. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the perpetrator.
